Overview: Participants in this training will be introduced to fascinating research on courage. They will learn about various types of courage and the way that bravery helps us in everyday life. More importantly, participants will have the opportunity to learn about their own courage and develop bravery as a skill to help them at work and in relationships.

Learning objectives: Participants in this training will be able to identify three types of courage and describe their functions. They will also be able to identify areas where they have expressed bravery and will create a plan for using courage more effectively in the future.
